The villa was massive with great design. i found the staff super helpful and very friendly. Free transport around adeje was a high point. i appreciated the superb food and awesome wine selection.
the pool was not heated enough, which affected my enjoyment. i would have liked a warmer pool.

the pool areas had an excellent selection.
I stayed in villa 18 and there was a cockroach invasion at night. i asked for help, and security came with cockroach spray. the smell was so strong, i couldn't sleep. My room wasn't changed. i didn't want to risk the same problem again, so i left after one night. the hotel wouldn't refund the remaining nights.

The breakfast was excellent. It was in beautiful surroundings by the pool and terrace. The staff were very attentive to any need I had. The room had everything I might need. That was well thought out. The food was AMAZING!!!
The room was very close to a public jacuzzi. It was very loud with people shouting. I could not find peace on my balcony. The mini bar was not replenished .

Nancy at breakfast made our mornings so special. She is a true gem. the rooftop restaurant provided meals with views, a combination we deeply cherished. our villa included a private pool that connected to the river, a magical detail that added to the romantic experience.
I noticed the shower design allowed water to easily flood the room. This created a bit of a slip hazard and inconvenience.

The rooftop restaurant was a letdown on our first night. The food was mediocre. we gave it another shot, only to get a call ten minutes past our reservation, demanding to know where we were. despite shelling out significant money each night, we were told there were no outdoor tables available. honestly, i don't travel to a fancy restaurant to stare at walls, so we just left.
